For this project, I created event promotion advertisements and merchandise for Typecon's annual typography convention. The theme for this convention is Counter Culture. In researching this topic, I found that counter culture is the opposite of "normal". Immediately, I was very inspired by 70's punk album covers, such as the Sex Pistols. I chose a bold magenta, paired with black and white to give an edgy, punk feel.
